Then Moses said, “I will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush does not burn.”
–Exodus 3:3

We are a generation that is plagued with busy work, information and sensory overload. I find the work weeks flying by and before you know it months have passed. My perception of time seems to be speeding up. In all this I find myself sometimes forgetting about Emanuel (God with us).

A couple years ago the Lord gave me a dream where He said to me, “Lest you forget.”
This is an important word for all of us in this age. It’s so easy to get caught up in our daily lives that I fear I’ve missed God in certain aspects and areas of my life in the past. Sometimes in hindsight I can look back and go, “Oh that’s where You were.” But still I wonder how many…

Live To Live Again

There I go again, my mind is working overtime. I’m thinking about the world and Gods people that live in his world. We have only one world; that God gave us and allowed us to live and enjoy it. Do we ever stop to think what we are doing to the world? Do we ever stop to think if our children and grand children and there children will be able to enjoy this world? Our world seam too be changing, as well as the people that live in this world, changing for the worse.

Our Lord has us under close observation, he is watching! Are you watching what’s happening to the world? Or are you into only yourself? Are you thinking about you kids future or only your future? Will our kids be future-less? We live under the Lords feet, and he is extending his arms around the world showing his mighty power, with the harsh weather everywhere in the world. This tells me he is sending warnings a lot of people have been blessed, because he took very few lives. Be fully aware that they are small warnings, you should realize that his power is so much greater.

My mind went to a  clock, we all use clocks to wake us for our day. Our Lord has a clock too; and it’s ticking. Tick-tock, tick-tock, can you hear it? His clock always tick, but one day it will stop. When our Lords clock stop, so will our’s. I say to you live to live again! (John 3:1-2) Jesus said, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the spirit. You must be lifted up in the spirit. If you believe in God the Father, the Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit you will have eternal life. Whoever believes in his son, will have eternal life. Jesus is your Savior, he is the light to all people.

(Matthew 24:36-37) tells us no one knows the time except the Father. Our Lord will come when you are not expecting him. That’s why Jesus said watch always. This means when you see signs today, that are given in the Word you will know the Lords clock ticks. It’s funny how the earth, a clock and an compass has a lot in-common. Pay no attention to my crazy brain, because it’s telling me to make a extra large round circle like a clock.

Then on the outside of the circle put the numbers 12,3,6, and 9 in place like a clock, remember to put them out side of the circle. Then inside the circle make a pie, draw a line from 12 to 6, then a line from 3 to 9. Now I have  4 pieces of pie. Wait I’m not finish yet. Inside the pie numbers 1-3 write God, Dinosaur, Ice Age, Big Freeze, God Rest, Century’s Past, then Empty Space. Then in pie 4-6 write Adam and Eve, Noah’s Ark, Big Flood, 40 years past, and New Beginning, Moses, Jesus.  Wait there’s still more.

In pie 7-9 write Jesus A.D., 50 Years Past, Church Age, Christian Faith, People, Good and Evil, Century’s Past, No Change.  In pie 10-11 write 2012 tick-tock, 2013 People Hate, World Weather, Gods Warnings, Prince of Evil, Tribulation Begins, Armageddon, End.   To finish it off, make long compass arrows between the numbers, use as many compass arrows as you like.

If your circle is Extra large it all will fit. I used a cheap paper plate. There I got that out of my crazy brain. What does it mean? I don’t know, maybe it;s a little history or maybe it’s a clock showing just how much time we have. I don’t know maybe someone does. Thanks for your time and stay blessed.

Don’t Forget Your Lord God

Remember that the Lord your God is the only God and that he is sending hardships to test you, so that he might know what you intended, and whether you will obey him (Deuteronomy 7:9). Your God wants you to know; you must not depend on bread alone to sustain yourself, but on everything that the Lord said (Deuteronomy 8:1-15). Remember that the Lord your God corrects and punishes you, just as parents discipline their children.

The Lord is with you; he is a great God and one to be feared (Deuteronomy 7:21). May I ask, are you a blessed person? Do you get all you need to eat? Are you able to keep a roof over your head? Are you able to get your needs? Has your possessions increased? If your answer is yes too my questions; remember who has your back, remember your Lord Jesus and make certain that you do not become proud and forget your Lord.(Deuteronomy 8:11-20).

Even when things are going good your Lord may stop and send you a little hardship to test you, to make sure he is still pleased with you so let him know you love him. You must never think that you are doing it by your own power, Always remember it is the Lord your God who blessed you.

Proverbs 24:3-4  By wisdom a house is build, and by understanding it is established; and by knowledge the rooms are filled with precious and pleasant riches. Remember your Lord provides for his children.

God, Jesus, Christians, Religion, Love

God Do Not Play

Matthew 10:1 Jesus called his twelve disciples together and gave them authority to drive out evil spirits and to heal every disease and every sickness. Jesus sent out his twelve disciples with instructions to go and spread the “Good News”. Just as our Lord told his disciples to spread the word, so shell all believers of Christ who have heard the word. In (Matthew 10: 26-31 NIV) Jesus told his disciples not to be afraid of people.

Jesus said do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather be afraid of God, who can destroy both body and soul. In (Matthew 10:22) Jesus said everyone will hate you because of me. But whoever holds out to the end will be saved. So do not be afraid to spread “The Word”. (Matthew 10:32-39) say Those who declare publicly that they belong to me, I will do the same for them before my Father in heaven.

But those who reject me publicly, I will reject before my Father in heaven. Listen people pay no attention to what others say. In (Matthew 11:18-19) John the Baptist fasted and drank no wine, and everyone said, he has a demon in him. The Son of Man ate and drank wine, and everyone said, look at this man! He is a glutton and wine drinker, a friend of tax collectors and other outcasts. But know this Gods wisdom, however is shown to be true by its results.

This is why judgment should be left to the Lord, who are we too judge. True believers should have no doubts about their Lord. Do not worry about the unlearned who have heard the word, and still sin. They have made their choice and will burn in hell. The Father will shine on you for your effects. (Matthew 12:30-32) Anyone who is not for me is really against me; anyone who does not help me gather is really scattering. I say you are running away from God into the hands of Satan.

In (Matthew 12:31) say People can be forgiven any sin and any evil thing they say; but whoever says evil things against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven. Listen people this is important (Matthew 12:32) say Anyone who says something against the Son of Man can be forgiven; but whoever says something against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven now or ever. So I say to you watch your tongue.

Do not use Gods name in vain. Take your prayers and worry’s to the Son, your Lord Jesus Christ, because God do not play.

Stay Fixed On Jesus

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. (Hebrews 13:8-16 NIV) Do not let strange teachings lead you from the right way. Believe in The Word of God not the word of man. Seek out the word that your ears hear, so you will know the difference from the word of man and the Word of God. Jesus purified us from sin with his own blood.

For there is no permanent city for us here on earth. We should always offer praise to God as our sacrifice through Jesus. This offering is presented by our lips that confess him as Lord. Do good and help one another, this is a sacrifice that please God. (Hebrews 13:-2 ESV) Let brotherly love continue. Do not neglect too show hospitality to strangers, for there by some have entertained angels unawares (Hebrews 13:1-2 NIV).

Keep on loving one another as Christians, remember to welcome strangers. There were some who did that and welcomed angels without knowing it. (Hebrews 13:4-5 NIV) God will judge those who are immoral and those who commit adultery. Keep your lives free from the love of money, and be satisfied with what you have.

(Hebrews 12:27) The words plainly show that the created things will be shaken and removed, so that the things that cannot be shaken will remain. (Hebrews 13:20-21) God has raised from death our Lord Jesus, who is the Great Shepherd of sheep as the result of his blood, by which the eternal covenant is sealed.

So let us stay fixed on Jesus, let us rid ourselves of everything that gets in the way. Let us rid our self of sin, which holds on to us so tightly. Do not let yourselves become discouraged and give up. Think of what Jesus went through; think of what your Lord went through; how he put up with so much hatred from sinners. (Herbrews12:1-4) and (Hebrews 12:12-16)

The Sacrifice of Christ

  • (Hebrews 10:4NIV) For the blood of bulls and goats can never take away sins.
  • (Hebrews 10:9-10) So God does away with all the old sacrifices and puts the sacrifice of Christ in their place. Because Jesus Christ did what God wanted him to do, we are all purified from sin by the offering that Jesus made of his own body once and for all.
  • (Hebrews 10:12) Christ offered one sacrifice for sins, an offering that is effective forever, and then he sat down at the right side of God.
  • (Hebrews 10:14-15) With one sacrifice, then, he has made perfect forever those who are purified from sin.
  • (Hebrews 10:16-18) “This is the covenant that I will make with them in the days to come, says the Lord: I will put my laws in their hearts and write them on their minds.” And then he says, ” I will not remember their sins and evil deeds any longer”. So when these have been forgiven, an offering to take away sins is no longer needed.         [ With this]
  • (Hebrews 10:19-21) say We have, then, complete freedom to go into the Most Holy Place by means of the death of Jesus. Jesus opened for us a new way, a living way, through the curtain, through his own body.

Yes we do have a great High Priest in charge of the house of God. (Hebrews 10:26-27) Remember the Day of the Lord is coming nearer. If we purposely go on sinning after the truth has been made known to us. All that is left is to wait in fear for the coming Judgment and the fierce fire which will destroy those who oppose God!

(Hebrews 10:29) What, then of those who despise the Son of God? What, then who miss treat the blood of Gods covenant which purified them from sin? What, then who insult the Spirit of Gods Grace? Just think how much worse their punishment will be. (Hebrews 10:30) say God said “I will take revenge, I will repay. ” God also said he will judge his people”.

I say to you hold on too your faith, do not give up on Gods promise, he waits for you! Please read (Hebrews 10: 35-39), (Hebrews 13:5-9) and (Hebrews 13:20-21).

Our High Priest

God is the Supreme Power of the universe. Jesus is the High Priest of the universe. Jesus sat down in heaven at the right side of God. Jesus was made a High Priest through the power of a life which has no end. Read: (Hebrews 1:3 NIV) (Hebrews 3:1), (Hebrews 7: 15-26). Jesus was not made a priest under the Law of Moses, because God has set the old rule aside, because it was weak and useless (Hebrews7:18-19), because it could not make anything perfect. So now the question is; how did Jesus become High Priest?

Jesus became a priest by means of a vow that God said to him, “The Lord God has made a solemn promise and will not take it back”. God vow that Jesus will be a priest forever (Hebrews 7:20-28). Gods vow also makes Jesus the guarantee of a better covenant, because Jesus lives on forever, and his work as priest does not pass on to someone else. So Jesus is always able now and forever to save those who come to God through him, because he lives forever to plead with God for you.

Jesus is the High Priest that meets our needs. He is holy, he has no fault or sin in him; he has been set apart from sinners and raised above the heavens. Gods vow which came later than the Law, appoints the Son, who has been made perfect forever. He does not need to offer sacrifices for sins. Jesus only had to offer one sacrifice, when he offered himself to save our souls.

Jesus is such a High Priest, who sits at the right of the throne of the Divine Majesty in heaven (Hebrews 8:1), he serves as high priest in the Most Holy Place. Jesus priestly work is superior to the priest on earth, read (Hebrews 8:3-6). The tent in which Jesus serves is greater and more perfect (Hebrews 9:11-15). When Christ entered into the Most Holy Place, he did not take the blood of goats and bulls to offer as sacrifice; he took his own blood and obtained eternal salvation for us.

Through the eternal Spirit Jesus offered himself as a perfect sacrifice to God. Those who have been saved by the blood of Christ, when called by God may receive the eternal blessings that God has promised. Please read (Hebrews 9:16-22) (Hebrews 9:23-28).
